Fire safety measures usually need to be taken when wood chips or other renewable resources are used. The CEMWOOD chips meet the fire safety requirements thanks to the coating that is applied. The classification according to DIN EN 13501 is: Bfl-s1. This means that no critical additional fire load is introduced in the building.
